In 2017, I founded the seeds for what is quickly becoming a global brand. Following the imagery, fun, brilliance and spirit of women like Clara Bow and Heddie Lamarr, Brazyn offers a way of being in the world — tools for young women so that they can have it all without sacrificing fun, play and balance.
Designing learning experiences via curriculum is one of the biggest design loves of my life.
I have started quite a few schools — my first when I was 25 with a group of radical educators in Brooklyn, New York. I have devoted energy throughout my career to the ideals of progressive education emphasizing the Freirian principles of the student as teacher and teacher as learner, experience as curriculum, and disrupting “banking education”.
